All our products and fur pieces are customized and made to order [unless otherwise noted] using the highest quality of fur. Our pelts are sourced from various locations around the globe including Italy, Greece, Denmark, Germany, USA, Canada as well as other countries.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Upon cleared payment, all orders will be shipped within approximately 8 -
12 weeks [dependent upon delivery location and specific fur piece purchased]. Please contact our Client Services team to confirm the estimated delivery timeframe for your location. Please note, longer delivery times are anticipated during the holiday seasons.


CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/IMPORT
Clients are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, taxes and any/all other fees associated with shipping your order to you. These fees are accessed by the government of your country. Please contact us for more information and a member of our Client Services team will assist you further. 


RETURNS/REFUNDS
We accept returns.
A "Return Fee" of 24% will be deducted from your total refund. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. A prepaid return label will be provided for the return of the item.
We do not refund credit card processing fees, shipping, VATs, customs fees, duties and taxes and any/all other fees associated with the delivery of your order. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the order in original unworn condition. 

In Person/In Home Delivery: any/all additional fees and/or travel expenses are non-refundable.


SIZING/ALTERATIONS
All pieces are customized and made to measure to your size. 
Additional measurements may be requested after payment is complete. A member of our Client Services team will reach out to you. In the event an alteration is required, alteration requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving of your order. All alterations requiring a size up from the original size ordered are subject to additional alteration fees.



ADDITIONAL FUR PURCHASE INFORMATION
If you desire to purchase a fur piece that is not currently available for offer with our company, please reach out to Client Services to discuss your custom fur request. It will be our pleasure to bring your vision to life.
