Please Note: All orders over $30,000 USD must be made via check or bank to bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All orders will be shipped within approximately 12 - 24 weeks [dependent upon delivery location and specific fur piece purchased]. Please contact our Client Services team to confirm the estimated delivery timeframe for your location.Please note, longer delivery times are anticipated during the holiday, gala/charity, wedding and award show seasons.


CUSTOMS/DUTIES/VAT/IMPORT
Clients are responsible for all customs, duties, VAT, taxes and any/all other fees associated with shipping your order to you. These fees are accessed by the government of your country. Please contact us for more information and a member of our Client Services team will assist you further. 


RETURNS/REFUNDS
Each fur piece is designed and made-to-measure to your custom and unique specifications
and we are not able to accept returns. 


SIZING/ALTERATIONS
Each fur piece is designed and made-to-measure to your custom and unique specifications.
Additional measurements may be requested after payment. A member of our Client Services team will reach out to you. In the event an alteration is required, alteration requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving of your order. All alterations requiring a size up from the original size ordered are subject to additional alteration fees.


ADDITIONAL FUR PURCHASE INFORMATION
